Shipping policy
At Rootsofkashi, we are committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum quality packaging. We ship online paid orders the next working day and they are mostly delivered within 5-6 working days for non-customized orders and 5-9 working days for customized orders from the date of dispatch. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery, etc. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but cannot guarantee the same.
For multiple unit orders, the delivery charge is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. However, there is no shipping charge for online paid orders within India. Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax) as per the Government of India, and we're fully GST compliant. For international shipping, please contact us at care@rootsofkashi.com
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders within 4-5 working days for major cities. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days from the dispatch date. In case of remote locations or areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted, the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.
If you receive a product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at care@rootsofkashi.com mentioning your Order ID. We will arrange for the reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at care@rootsofkashi.com within 60 minutes of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched or packed from our end, it cannot be cancelled. In most cases, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, but you may still reach out to us by email, and we'll be able to help you with the best possible option.
At Rootsofkashi, we will only issue a refund if we are unable to issue a replacement for your product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for product quality control, including all original packaging and product items, including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with the customer. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All sales are final, and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look and feel or minor differences in shades, colors or sound quality, or small wear and tear damages in transit (having the product in working condition). We offer a replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of the defect and the shipping box/labels. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please ensure that the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and includes all items shipped in our package. The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post-inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to and fro courier charges shall be liable to be paid by you.
